The small
number of pupils at the village school causes fear
for its future existence.
The Town Hall, Le Mairie, is the second smallest in France. There are offices for the mayor and his secretary in the village school building.
The water fountain in the square was the only source of drinking water for many villagers until 1962.
The auberge was closed some years ago but reopened in 2004. In 2006 it was equipped as a sub post office.
Ambert is our nearest big town in which can be found almost anything one needs. There's a market each Thursday morning where we can buy local produce and crafts.
